Your Career As part of the Sales Enablement team, the Manager of Continued Learning will help drive our high-performance culture through training-coaching and cross - functional communications during their tenure at PANW. You will be responsible for creating and collaborating on sales training content, as well as preparing for and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will create new ways for the audience to consume knowledge through innovative techniques, modalities and look and feel.. You will be accountable for engaging the learners in an ongoing fashion that will deepen their product knowledge, solution skills and value based selling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the SMEs across the matrixed organization to surface must know information to relay to the audience quickly but not via traditional email routes.
  • Work with the content creators and designers to develop state of the art communications that are repeatable, and expected.
  • Provide knowledge checks along the way to determine if the information is resonating and be able to work quickly to adjust
  • Showcase wins across the company and interview stakeholders to ensure that their message reaches the sellers
  • Work with the GEOs to develop leadership training and ongoing skill level enablement
  • Design, develop and facilitate engaging content for in person and virtual based sessions to support enablement programs for the global sales and sales management
  • Development and execution of a product knowledge certification process for sellers
  • Take active role in building and creating physical or digital content including but not limited to assessments, training materials, presentations, participant guides, role play scenarios and manager coaching guides
  • Incorporate wide variety of concepts, methodologies, gamification strategies, learning tools & practices adhering to adult learning tools & practices adhering to adult learning theory
  • Leverage evaluation tools & data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and develop and develop new approaches for improving content and design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver consumable and applicable enablement program

  • Willing to travel and or accomodate in person and or virtual for the global audience. This may require travel or working before / after hours to support the global time zones (JAPAC/EMEA&LATAM/NA) Knowledge & Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to be tech savvy while being able to teach others how to become more effective in their presentation ability
    • Have the ability to design, develop and deliver impactful enablement programs
    • Expert level training and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)
    • Forward thinking, high energy, positive, self motivated and able to relate will with global and diverse populations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills; effective & engaging storyteller
    • Strong working knowledge and experience of sales process best practices
    • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently; flexible and coachable, thrive in a fast paced environment. Requirements:
      • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred
      • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, enablement, adult education or training for B2B software sales

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $104,900- 154,300K / YR The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
