Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA-Remote
Duration: 6 Months

• Execute on change management and/ or strategic communications plans for initiatives within Digital Employee Experience -
  
• Work with business leads and communications teams for a cohesive and consistent approach for change management and adoption campaigns -
  
• Conduct stakeholder and change analyses to determine the program's scope, severity, and receptivity -
  
• Manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the programs -
  
• Build change management plans that are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including all sponsor/manager, engagement, training, communications, and monitor/sustainment activities required to implement the change successfully -
  
• Driving adoption of new products, tools, and processes and tracking success metrics -
  
• Build communications necessary to ensure that impacted stakeholders are kept apprised of the upcoming milestones, and the change impacts are understood -
  
• Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program decisions and communications, including customers, partners, and employees -
  
• Assist in DT champions program, engagement, and roadmap for the year. -

  What are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role? -
  
  Consulting experience -
  Tactical OCM, strategic comms and/or enablement experience (can walk you through an example from beginning to end that they led and/or supported, - specifically focused on how they improve adoption) -
  Be comfortable driving business to make decisions that impact their work; taking initiative and have a strategic thinking mindset; can focus on the forest and not just the trees -
  Strong PPT presentation skills with experience developing executive level presentations -
  Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a service-oriented style with an eye toward a win for all -
  
  What experience can be more flexible with that can be learned on the job? - -
  No need to have IT or tech experience; just ability to be able to jump in and learn, take ownership of getting up to speed -
  No need to have direct communications experience -
  
  Does this position require to sit onsite? -
  No, fully remote. EST time zone is preferred but not a requirement. -
