AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Siri in the Car and

looking for people like you!We're looking for a strong Engineering
Program Manager who will lead how Siri works in the Car and on
AirPods. The individual has demonstrated a consistent record of
building and maintaining sophisticated software platforms, tools
and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences that delight
customers. Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management
shipping experiences and features
- Excellent project management skills including project
structuring and managing multiple work streams
interdependently
- Thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes
for sophisticated software
- Ability to define and prioritize long-term feature roadmap,
create feature specifications
- Demonstrated skill of negotiating and distilling sophisticated
technical requirements from multiple partners into a coherent long
term platform roadmap
- Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems
design tradeoffs
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including
experience leading data driven projects or programs.
- Outstanding group facilitation, interviewing and influence
skills
- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently
manage complex project objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including
negotiation, presentation and influence
- Ability to independently draft and present deliverables,
recommendations and communication strategies Description You will
help define the long-term feature roadmaps and drive early
engagements on product architecture, feature definition and program
execution. This includes collaborating with all partner
organizations relevant for a project.You will:Communicate: Provide
clear, timely and objective communication, including regular
program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive
teamCoordinate: Coordinate discussions and break down complex
issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design
alignment with support from project team, maintaining an
orientation toward teamwork and collaborationPlan: Maintain a
prioritized feature roadmap based on customer needs and hardware /
platform updates. Build product requirement documents as necessary.
Create and manage project timeline with clear dependencies,
critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status.
Manage risks and mitigations, and re- plan as events warrant. Drive
alignment across the organization and between teamsExecute: Drive
on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and
feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and
status updates. Partner with user research and data teams to
evaluate the quality of the user experience and find opportunities
for improvementProblem solve: Proactively identify issues and
solutions, and marshal resources vital to attack and resolve.
Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and
track risks to schedule and product quality, including
cross-functional dependencies Education & Experience Bachelors or
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation
package and is determined within a range. This provides the
opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The
base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $269,000, and
your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications,
experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple

restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a
