Location: Santa Clara, CA (On-site) or US Remote

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with a focus on
software development and data integration, to further establish
Picarro as the industry leader in data driven solutions for methane
emissions management, advanced mobile leak detection (AMLD) and
asset management, serving the Energy and Natural Gas market.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management, and you
will play a pivotal role in driving product line strategy and
growing Picarro Gas product portfolio and business. This is a
high-impact role that is critical to our clients' success and to
our aggressive growth goals.
Working with a world-class team, you will bring your own vision,
skills, and confidence to drive our new concepts and technology
forward, by working with internal groups - R&D, software dev,
data analytics, operations, sales, field apps, delivery & support,
and directly with leading energy clients to bring new innovative
products to market. You will be responsible for all functions that
drive top line growth including defining and owning your product
roadmap & product life cycle, developing collateral, providing
sales training, attending & presenting at conferences and trade
shows, and developing meaningful relationships with our customers
to collaborate on new product breakthroughs.
As an incoming product leader, you will have demonstrated market
knowledge of the natural gas industry, good understanding of
product management related processes - agile product owner, NPI,
PLC, and direct experience with enterprise solutions combining
hardware, complex software stack, and data analytics.

Salary & Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $86,000 -
$125,000. Your base salary and title will be determined based on
the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level,
and pay of employees in similar positions.
