Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables outstanding creativity and discovery, and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars.NVIDIA is now seeking a Strategic Sourcing Operations Senior Manager to join our Global Corporate Procurement team, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. This position will lead efforts to optimize the key outputs of the Strategic Sourcing team through standardization of the processes, tools and templates used by team members. Although sourcing categories are managed primarily from the Santa Clara office, this role requires close collaboration with the global Strategic Sourcing team.What you'll be doing:

• Achieve a deep understanding of how each of member of the Strategic Sourcing team currently tailors their activities and processes to produce sourcing value for the businesses they support.
• Find opportunities for standardizing current processes and tools to optimize value derived by the team's activities.
• Develop and improve templates/processes (RFX, contracts, forms, flowcharts, metrics, strategic sourcing plans and knowledge management) resulting in a standard source to pay process.
• Facilitate RFx events and other procurement regular activities (e.g. weekly purchasing reviews) together with the Sourcing Managers.
• Achieve alignment from Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team members on proposed improvements.
• Lead communications within the Strategic Sourcing/Procurement team and to other business partners.
• Improve utilization of Strategic Sourcing tools, primarily Workday Strategic Sourcing.
• Perform to high ethical standards, with strong quality of work mindset and customer focused service delivery model.What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree required in business or technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years of Leadership in a fast-growing/fast-paced technology company
  • Strategic Sourcing experience
  • Experience in successfully aligning teams to a common procurement related process
  • Strong background with procurement tools, processes and platforms (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Workday Strategic Sourcing, DocuSign CLM)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence individuals toward a common goal
  • Experience in project management and performing in an unstructured environment
  • Strong listening, communication and influencing skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:
