Job Title: Operations Program Manager (OPM)

Work Location (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote): Hybrid onsite twice a week, flexible start time

• Video/Audio capability will be required on remote working days
  Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday, flexible hours
  • Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager
    Travel Requirements: Local travel (Sacramento, CA) expected to conduct site inspections.
    
    Job Description: An effective Operations Program Manager (OPM) leads, facilitates and is organized, detail-oriented, excels at program and project management, communicates well at all levels, thrives in an ambiguous environment, and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
    
    Responsibilities:
    • Identifies and leads programs including Infrastructure strategy development, supporting analysis, and stakeholder engagement for roadmap deployment for products and transformational projects, as well as the primary interface to the Manufacturing Partner site.
    • Conduct site Infrastructure capability or readiness reviews that include overall status of technical and operational development.
    • Resolve design/technical issues.
      Education: Bachelor's degree required
      
      Experience:
      • REQUIRED: prior history working at Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Lab 126 or Oracle
      • 8+ years minimum experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or product development
      • 3+ years of Program Management experience in one or more areas: Operations PM, Supply Chain PM, New Product Introduction PM, Technical PM
      • 3+ years of experience with program management SW tools such as Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.
      • Experience working on new product introductions with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams.
