Job Description
As a Global Real Estate & Workplace Services Project Management and Space Planning Professional, you will use your project management and space planning expertise to support ongoing international real estate projects and to maintain/improve the client's space planning solution supporting the Global Real Estate and Workplace Services team for our world-class portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Engage with international project managers as a client's owner representative
• Facilitate and/or resolves planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings.
• Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space.
• Recommend, educate and enforce space policies/standards, procedures and protocols and notifies client of customer requested exceptions.
• Participate in Audits (including seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs, & equipment.)
• Assist in developing site-specific planning strategies with Senior Leadership.
• Function as the subject matter expert for space planning related questions within client.
• Develop and document the processes for space planning utilizing the to-be-implemented IWMS tool.
• Assemble, update, and report the top-down and bottoms-up seat count projections collected at the group-level for a rolling, 3-year planning horizon and work with the various teams to reconcile discrepancies with tops-down projections.
• Track and report actual seat demand at the group level.
• Report actual seat demand versus projected seat demand at the building level.
• Compare over time, actual seat demand versus projected seat demand at the building level.
• As necessary, participate in project and move coordination planning meetings.
• Build and present building specific stacking/re-stacking plans.
• Report the current supply and capacity, and forecasts inventory changes for a rolling three-year timeframe.
• Approved plans are used to develop scope for relocations, migrations, restacks, etc.
• Responsible for working closely with various Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (GREWS) team and proving support, guidance, and oversee move projects from inception to completion. Coordinate the IWMS Implementation which will include the Real Estate Portfolio, Space Management, Maintenance and Operations, Project Management and Sustainability Modules.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

    Required Education:
    • BS/BA in engineering, planning, computer science, or mathematics is required or Minimum 3 years' experience in facility planning, design, construction, construction management, facility management, or facility asset management is required (or a combination thereof)
      Desired Skills:
      Experience working with design, construction, maintenance, or asset management software systems such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), computerized aided facility management (CAFM) systems, enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, geospatial information management (GIS), building information modeling (BIM), computer aided design (CAD), financial information systems (FIS), and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) preferred
