We are looking for a passionate, extraordinary Manager to work in the Enterprise Workstation team to lead innovative products that integrate AI libraries like TensorrRT and cuDNN.What you will be doing:

• Lead and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of groundbreaking AI based products.
• Lead a team of expert engineers and mentor new engineers in a complex technology based environment. Provide technical guidance and career mentorship.
• Hands-on coding in C++, Python, leading code reviews. Set standard development practices across your team.
• Develop and handle meaningful, achievable engineering plans aligned with key objectivesWhat we need to see:
  • A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computationally focused science degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 9+ overall years in a similar or related role with 5+ years of leading a team Management experience with the software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of modern techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks and Generative AI. Strong computer science fundamentals - algorithms and data structures, computational complexity, parallel and distributed computing, system software.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work across time zones.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.Ways to stand out
    • Consistent track record of delivering end to end products with geographically distributed teams.
    • Exposure to cloud based deployments for AI models.The base salary range is $268,000 - $414,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
