Management to lead the program management office in Gigamon and
reporting to the VP or Product Operations. This is a vital
leadership role responsible for program management in establishing
business processes for new product introduction, core team
operations, and cross-company program coordination. If you love

Lead cross-company collaboration:
Lead cradle-to-grave Phase Exit process for major programs in the
companyEstablish the right processes to streamline execution,
faster time-to-market, and accelerated time to valueShepherd
complex programs via the appropriate governance model with a strong
executive presenceDrive processes for new product introduction and
gathering of product feedbackManage cross-company program
management for complex programsLead and manage a team of 7-10
TPM/PMs in Santa Clara and Chennai, India providing mentorship,
guidance, and performance feedback and ensuring the success of
their programs. Who You Are:

Successfully established new program
management methodologies or upgraded existing processes in a
company and seen resulting benefits by way of increased efficiency,
streamlined and faster execution, cross-functional alignment, and
increased adoption by customers.15+ years of experience in program
management, with 5+ years in a leadership roleMasters with Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification. MBA preferredProven
ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.The base salary
compensation range targeted for this role based out of Gigamon's
Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office is $184,000 - $230,000, with
an opportunity to earn an annual bonus (subject to terms and
conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the
actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation
practices. Employees in this position are eligible to participate
in the Company's standard employee benefit programs, which may
include health and other insurances such as life and disability,
and savings accounts such as a retirement plan with company
matching contributions or similar, paid time off (holidays,
vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance
program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee
discounts, and employee referral program. Additionally, employees
may be eligible to participate in the Profit Interest Units
plan.
