HR Delivery Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an HR Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-country team to deliver on pre-employment screening, candidate post-Offer management, and contractor onboarding support
Partner closely with global counterparts to ensure operational effectiveness, process consistency and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to other HR teams and business leaders on matter related to pre-hire screening and onboarding tasks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field
A minimum of 5 years of HR Onboarding experience
Proven ability to lead a global team
Demonstrated HR process and change management experience
Proven leadership ability
