Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Improvement Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to analyze processes and identify
areas for improvement
Lead transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and client
experience
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and
efficiency
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or quality process
improvement projects
5+ years in FinTech, InsurTech, or commercial insurance
industry
Experience driving quality, scalability, and client satisfaction
process improvement programs
Experience with project management and working with vendor
partners
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Graduate's
Degree preferred
