Senior Onboarding Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead large and complex implementations of Forma for important customers
Partner with client contacts to ensure smooth onboarding
Work with internal teams to enhance the product and serve as the customers' voice

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of client onboarding or project management experience
Experience working with IT & external vendors on technical integration
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from end to end
Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients
Experience in healthcare spending accounts, benefits, or payroll is preferred
