Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop inside sales program in collaboration with senior leadership
Hire, train, and lead a remote team of inside sales representatives
Generate revenue by following up with warm prospects and closing sales

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (inside sales, in-home sales, or home improvement sales preferred)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
