You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient outcomes.This opportunity is within Robotics and Digital Solutions (RAD) Program Management. By combining advancements in medical robotics, instrumentation, navigation and data science, the RAD franchise is building a platform technology capable of expanding the applicability of robotics to a spectrum of medical procedures.The Project Manager - Software will be a core member of the Software R&D team, accountable for supporting R&D in reaching their portfolio, resourcing, and financial goals.For development owned by the R&D function and SW core team the role will be accountable for developing the end-to-end schedule and breaking it down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results. The individual may work within a hybrid Agile project management framework to focus and drive the teams to achieve meaningful short-term achievements that are essential to the success of the overall development. In collaboration with the team, the individual will define and manage resourcing and financial planning and tracking.Another aspect of this position is building positive relationships with peers and cross functional partners. The individual needs to be willing to communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities while maintaining a culture of collaboration and end to end accountability. With other team leaders the individual should build a positive team environment and a culture with a sense of urgency, driving toward improved team efficiency and achievement.\r
