Manager of Systems Integration within our Robotics & Digital
Solutions organization. The location for this position is Santa
Clara, CA. Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson &
Johnson Med Tech. We're changing the trajectory of health for
humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers' abilities
and improve patients' diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times.
Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the
integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It
comprises three key med-tech platforms: Flexible Robotics
(MONARCH--), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA---), and Digital Solutions.

You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite
multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that
advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient
outcomes. The Manager, Systems Integration will lead the team in
implementing the framework and processes to operate, and maintain
the incredibly complex Johnson & Johnson OTTAVA Robotic System
within the R&D organization. This is a role that lies at the
intersection of hardware, software, robotics, and clinical
engineering. Have the opportunity to train and observe clinicians,
key opinion leaders, and high-profile visitors interacting with the
OTTAVA System. They will provide program level contributions and
management of the team's responsibilities. This team will operate
the system during clinical labs, and resolve known issues, document
novel issues that arise during system use, perform SW installation
and smoke testing, and provide complex engineering test support for
R&D applications. Applicants should have technical and
leadership experience working with complex electromechanical
systems but need not have a technical background in robotics. This
is a phenomenal opportunity for someone with an interest in medical
robotics to gain technical and industry knowledge, while providing
a critical service to the OTTAVA program. The successful candidate
will both be able to dive into technical details, as well as grow
the team in size, skill, and career path. This individual will
develop a team of highly technical engineers and collaborate
multi-functionally to develop high quality products, meeting both
time and budget considerations in line with Company objectives.
