Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Operations Director
responsible for leading improvement in claims processing and
operations activities within the Property line of business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute improvement strategies in claims handling and
customer service
Analyze current operational processes and recommend solutions for
improvement
Collaborate with internal resources to track performance objectives
and operationalize improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related industry experience in insurance, claims, or
operations management
In-depth knowledge and experience within claims operations
Ability to prepare presentation documents for executive
leadership
Proven ability to manage organizational change and lead in a
team-based environment
BA/BS college degree preferred; relevant industry designations are
a plus
