Payments Operations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payments Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in their payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payment operations across multiple acquirers, gateways, and networks
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and iterate on data analytic tools supporting payment success metrics
Investigate payment escalations and design reporting to capture insights on processing performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the payments industry
Strong understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams including Product and Engineering
Proficiency with analytics platforms and advanced spreadsheet skills
Experience in driving continuous improvement projects
