free, accessible entertainment for all.About the Role:As a Senior
Product Manager on the Content Platform team, you will own the
development and execution of critical tools and integrations that
power our content operations and policy services. Your focus will
be on creating robust solutions for metadata cleaning, evaluation,
and enrichment, as well as managing the systems for content policy
enforcement-including partner payouts, deductions, and performance
reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational
excellence of Tubi's content ecosystem and downstream
personalization and recommendation systems, driving efficiency,
innovation, and a delightful user experience for our audience.What
You'll Do:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for content operations
tooling and content policy services, ensuring alignment with Tubi's
strategic goals.
- Own end-to-end product development for metadata cleaning,
evaluation, and integration of AI-powered content metadata
enrichment tools, working closely with engineering, design, data
science, content operations, content partnership, and ML/AI
engineering teams.
- Spearhead 0-1 AI integration initiatives to automate manual
processes and improve our content intelligence capabilities.
- Drive the integration and continuous improvement of content
policy tooling to ensure proper content windowing and delivery,
collaborating closely with our Legal, Finance, Content Acquisition,
and Content Operations teams.
- Develop and implement robust partner performance reporting
tooling to provide our partners with accurate performance and
payout data, fostering a data-driven ecosystem that delivers real
value to our partners and drives continued platform
innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify
market opportunities, gather user feedback, and prioritize features
that enhance the content lifecycle.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product
requirements and support the development process from ideation
through launch and iteration.Your Background:
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology and
digital media, ideally supporting backend teams, with a proven
track record of delivering impactful products.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing tools and
integrations within complex operational ecosystems, ideally within
content or digital media industries.
- Strong technical acumen with experience integrating AI-powered
applications.
- Experience with data systems and pipelines, with the ability to
work effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and
communication skills, with the ability to balance tactical
execution with long-term vision.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in
a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science,
or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Pursuant to state and
local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role,
with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience,
and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible
for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and
various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a
401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with
applicable plan documents.Base ($153,000 to $218,000 / year) +
