Shop Manager oversees daily store operations, focusing on sales
goals. Responsibilities include supporting sales, managing
inventory, budgeting, conducting stock counts, executing store
marketing, building client relationships, and leading a team of
retail specialists. The manager has entrepreneurial ownership of
their store and makes decisions to steer it towards
success.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job

- Motivate and support sales staff to meet sales goals.
- Reinforce store protocol with emphasis on customer
service.
- Report on in-store trends, business opportunities, customer
profiles, and training needs; develop strategies to grow the
business.People
- Network to build a pool of potential future candidates.
- Fill open positions promptly.
- Maintain low turnover by fostering a culture aligned with
company values.Marketing
- Build relationships within the neighborhood for
cross-promotional and marketing opportunities.
- Implement merchandising directives, visual displays, and
in-store activations for promotional events or holidays.Inventory
- Ensure merchandise availability to support sales goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and controls.
- Perform inventory counts and coordinate stock orders
responsibly and timely, including third-party items and
brands.Operations
- Set weekly schedules for store specialists.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for business at
opening time.
- Provide a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Manage cash register operations, deposits, and transportation
of cash securely.
- Communicate issues promptly with the Market Manager.Benefits:
The estimated salary range is $26.45-$31.25 per hour. Full-time

individual must:
- Have strong experience with Point-of-Sale systems.
- Minimum 4 years management experience in retail, preferably in
beauty.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Meet physical demands such as constant movement, standing, and
reaching.Additional SkillsAbility to interpret documents, write
reports, speak effectively, perform basic math, solve practical
problems, and use MS Office.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage
staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews,
and discipline, in accordance with company policies and laws.Work
Environment & Physical DemandsModerate noise level, predominantly
sitting and standing, with visual requirements for close vision.
