mission.About the RoleWe are seeking a Home Therapy dialysis nurse
to educate and train our patients to perform their own dialysis at
home in a clean and safe environment. The Home Therapy RN will
advocate for the patients and effectively communicate with other
team members. The Home Therapy RN role is an integral part of the
Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to empower our patients and keep them
successful at home.This is a rewarding opportunity to observe the
transformation in patient's lives from being sick and dependent to
thriving and living independently while improving clinical
outcomes. Rotation of on-call for nights and weekends is required

options before you.Minimum QualificationsExperience: One (1) year
of general Registered Nursing (RN) experience required; Peritoneal
or Hemodialysis experience preferred; Teaching experience
preferred.Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school
or equivalent; BSN preferredLicense/Certifications: Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice; Nephrology
certification within one year of eligibility; Current CPR
