Job Description:

A biotechnology company in California is looking to add a new Research Product Development Associate I/II to their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

The Research Product Development Associate I/II will be responsible for supporting the Product Development Engineers by testing prototype cartridges, testing the instrument by running assays.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Experience running a variety of lab instruments / diverse analytical instruments (i.e. UV-Vis, scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic reactor, analyzer, etc.)
Background in Biochemistry and/or as a Junior Scientist
Solid analytical and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized

Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Knowledge of GDP regulations
