Job Description:

Urgent Care opening in Santa Clara, California.

Dates of Coverage: 3/6- 5/12/2023 with option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm
Pay Rate: $150/hr plus covered malpractice insurance and mileage.
Scope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
Requirements: BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted CA license, DOT certified highly preferred, and covid vaccinated
