That's what makes us Roche.What You Will DoAs the Head of Healthcare Insights, you will report to the Global Head of Roche Information Solutions (RIS) and be a member of the Roche Information Solutions Leadership team.You are responsible for developing a high performance team that will create market leadership by delivering disease specific value to enterprise workflows solutions across the care continuum.

  • Within RIS, you will lead the Healthcare Insights Customer Area comprising the global product strategy, development and on-market support for Clinical and Patient Insights.
  • You will collaborate across RIS, RDS and Pharma to enable the delivery of comprehensive diagnostics solutions.
  • You will play a key role in shaping and implementing relevant aspects of the Diagnostics strategy, contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision and be part of shaping the Roche Insights Business.In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and shape the team as the portfolio and market evolves. Expected areas of accountability will include, but are not necessarily limited to those outlined below:
    • Set the strategy for digital insights for disease areas prioritized for disease management plays anchored in clinical decision support and patient monitoring workflows
    • Build and foster an agile mindset and ways of working with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
    • Act as coach/architect for the organization to simplify cross-team collaboration
    • Be responsible for the Healthcare Insights Customer Area P&LKey Responsibilities:
      • Define and evolve the customer area strategy for digital solutions informed by systematic customer insights and engagement
      • Contribute to comprehensive solutions, deliver and manage digital portfolio in Diagnostics Led Lifecycle teams responsible for Clinical and Patient Insights driving the global product management from need identification to digital product delivery including incorporating customer feedback in development cycles
      • Deliver on the strategy to enable confidence in healthcare decisions through Clinical Decision Support and Patient Monitoring (Applications, Longitudinal Patient Data, Data Activation)
      • Be responsible for portfolio prioritization within the customer area, performance management and capabilities & expertise build-up
      • Strongly collaborate with RDS, Diagnostics Insights customer area, the functions in RIS and PharmaWho You Are
        • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a relevant post-graduate qualification (e.g. MSc; MBA; or higher degree qualification in a relevant area) would be desirable
        • 10+ years of demonstrated experience operating in areas relevant to digital solutions/products or in roles that are central to the product management of digital solutions in areas/sectors that may be directly comparable to RIS
        • Proven ability to deliver successful digital solutions/portfolio to the market, and grow digital businesses, as well as ability to coach others
        • Strong leadership experience, preferably with extensive experience of creating and leading diverse, global teams and building agile networks
        • Product Management - understand how to design and develop digital solutions with strong user interface, user experience, and integration/interoperability requirements to accelerate customer adoption and product success in a highly regulated industryWhat else do you have in your toolbox?
          • Previous experience in managing areas relevant to Healthcare Insights along the product life cycle, or business similar experience; preferably with experience of leading a Digital Product Management team
          • Highly developed leadership and people influencing skills - demonstrating a clear commitment to people development and effective mentoring; promoting a culture of trust and support
          • Demonstrated success in establishing a high performing environment with an excellent reputation attracting the best talent, developing and inspiring them
          • Proven experience in leading collaborative technological innovation in an agile environment or continuous improvement efforts that have yielded tangible results and/or positive impact for patients or business stakeholders
          • Proven ability to create and sustain strong collaborative relationships and networks with partners across a complex global organization
          • Able to foster positive partnerships through effective influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills

Lead Lifecycle teams responsible for Clinical and Patient Insights driving the global product management from need identification to ready to market.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of CA is $328,800 - $610,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
