Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telemedicine RN - Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to communicate patient lab results and
assist with clinical questions
Provide medication administration support and coordinate care plans
while ensuring optimal health outcomes
Document patient care interactions and collaborate with healthcare
providers for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Active and unencumbered 50 state Registered Nursing licensure or
ability to obtain
Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
At least 5+ years of clinical experience in telemedicine, acute
care, or case management
Experience in training and development, quality assurance, and
operations
Above average proficiency in telecommunication technology and
electronic health record (EHR) systems
