for all of Summa Health Epic Environments, Epic Upgrade Test
Management, Epic Release & Change Management, Epic Business
Continuity and Data Courier Administration. Working closely with
Summa Leadership and Epic Hosting Team to deliver Summa Health EMR
strategy. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Formal Education Required: a.
Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education
and/or experience. 2. Experience & Training Required: a. Five (5)
years of healthcare experience with Epic application support
required. b. Certification for all relevant applications is
required upon hire. C. Epic certification required 3. Other Skills,
Competencies and Qualifications: a. Excellent analytical skills and
proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving. b. Capability
to understand the application functionality and how it relates to
departments while making recommendations for integration into
operational flow. c. Thorough understanding of downstream impacts
between integrated systems. d. Ability to coordinate cross-team
discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized
manner. e. Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes
problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate
collaboration. f. Flexibility to adapt to new situations and
changing environments, including leading the change. 4. Level of
Physical Demands: a. Light to Moderate work b. Standing and/or
sitting for long periods of time c. Up to 50 pounds of lifting on

$55.55/hr The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base
salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors,
such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are
considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in

that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring
