Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a PICU RN
with recent pediatric critical care experience and a current CA RN
license for a contract assignment. Responsibilities - Work in the
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of an acute care hospital - Shift is
from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM with 8-hour shifts - 40 hours per week
schedule - Cares for critically ill pediatric patients - Uses Epic
EMR system with experience preferred - Provide critical nursing
care to pediatric patients in a high-acuity ICU environment - Must
comply with all onboarding documentation requirements - Travelers
may not exceed a total of two years on assignment without a 90-day
break between contracts, per policy - Local candidates are accepted
at the same rate as travelers - First-time travelers are welcome to
apply Requirements - Active CA RN license required at the time of
consideration - Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent PICU
experience within the last 3 years - Graduate of an accredited
nursing program - BLS and PALS certifications must be active at the
time of consideration - Bachelor's degree in nursing or related
field preferred - Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required
