Job Description The Position: Pediatrician - After-Hours
Position Highlights Pediatric After Hours Position: Enjoy working
as part of our well-established and beloved Pediatric After-Hours
Program, the only after-hours clinic in Marin County exclusively
for children under 18. Collegial environment with exceptional
quality and talented support staff Weekday shifts are 5-9p, and
weekends 9-5p; minimum of 3 shifts per month Average number of
patients seen per shift is 5 (up to 9) on weeknights, and 10 (up to
18) on weekends. Independent Contractor agreement or employment
through Prima Medical Group Epic integrated electronic health
records utilized Candidate Qualifications M.D. or D.O. Board
certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1
year) in Pediatrics or Family Medicine Licensed or eligible for
licensure in California. Practice evidence based medicine and
possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and
excellence in the overall patient experience Compensation and
Benefits Compensation is based on actual shifts worked. Weekday
shifts are $140/hour, and weekend shifts are $160/hour. Additional
pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific
qualifications and requirements. The Location: The North Bay: The
