Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and organized Per
Diem Licensed Speech Therapist for Santa Clara County to join a
renowned home health agency serving the Bay Area. Work
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide
coordinated patient care. Deliver speech therapy services as per
individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress and
reporting changes. Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to
company policies. Support patients in their homes, making a
meaningful impact on their lives. Requirements include a current
California Speech Therapist license, CA driver’s license, and
preferred home health experience. The role offers flexible
scheduling, competitive pay ($60-$75/hour), benefits, mileage
reimbursement, and a supportive clinical team. This is a per diem
position, not a contract.
