Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district
in Salinas, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a
short-term contract covering a medical leave. This position serves
K-12 students and requires on-site presence throughout the
assignment, which is expected to last approximately 9 weeks
beginning in late January or early February. Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and
related services to students within the school setting Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Document student
progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district
and state guidelines Assist in developing strategies to support
students' functional and educational needs in alignment with their
goals Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
experience in school-based therapy preferred Strong knowledge of
pediatric occupational therapy practices in educational
environments Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary
team Excellent communication and organizational skills Eligible to
work full-time on-site in Salinas, CA This contract opportunity
