Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start
Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 15 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Year of experience: 2 Years
2 years of experience with knowledge of post-acute levels such as
Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, SNF, LTAC, B&C,
Sub-Acute and Acute rehab Certification's: BLS CA RN License is
required Charting System: Epic, Allscripts Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
