We are looking for a certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who is dedicated to improving the communication abilities and quality of life for students with various speech and language disorders. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children. Working within a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will provide both one-on-one and group therapies, tailored to meet individual student needs. Assess and diagnose students with a range of speech and language disorders. Develop and implement detailed treatment plans based on a thorough evaluation of each child's specific needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance therapy outcomes. Educate caregivers and school staff on strategies to facilitate communication and speech development. Proficiency in various speech therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. High level of empathy and patience.
