Job Description This Napa Valley Hospital is searching to add a General Psychiatrist to its staff. The position is 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient. The unit is a 24 bed secured unit and on-call is 1:4 primarily as phone call back up. Base compensation is negotiable and starts at $300k/ year as a W2 plus incentive program. Benefits include: medical/dental, retirement, malpractice, CME, PTO of 32 days annually, including holidays. This location gives you easy access to San Francisco, Sacramento and an abundance of outdoors activities.
