Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 8 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunities/nEpic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN Allied - OT Inpatient Rehab Shift: Days/ 8a-4p, 8x1, 8hrs/weekLength: 13 Weeks Requirements: - CA license - 1 year related patient care experience - MS or MA degree - AHA BLS - Experience providing patient care in acute care hospitals and acute rehab/IRF patient care settings preferred Other Details:Epic charting system OT’s needed for per diemRequirements- Minimum 1 year related patient care experience- MS or MA degree- CA OT license- AHA BLS- 2 Supervisory references from most recent place of employment- Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations Preferred- Experience providing patient care in acute care hospitals and acute rehab/IRF patient care settings Orientation Details- 24-40 hours of orientation. 3-5 days at 8 hours. Depends upon clinicians experience.- Prefer consecutive orientation dates, but can accommodate splitting it up. All dates will need to be completed within 3 weeks from start.Shift Detail- 8 hours. Days.
