Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client preference: PT preferred but PTA candidates will be considered. This is a preference, not a guarantee. Ability to document care electronically and use common therapy equipment used in post-acute care. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
