Job Description:
NorthBay Health is seeking an Advanced Practice
Provider (NP or PA) in Occupational Health to join our growing
ambulatory care team in Fairfield, CA. In this high-impact role,
you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care through a mix
of same-day and follow-up visits, supporting continuity across
physician-aligned practices.

Compensation
- $88.42 $113.15 per hour
- Compensation based on years of APP experience
- Top of range reserved for highly experienced candidates (20+
years)
What You ll Do
- Perform physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Perform in-office procedures and treatments
- Prescribe medications in accordance with licensure
- Provide patient and family education on conditions and care
plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams
- Support continuity of care across a diverse patient
population
Qualifications
Education
- Master s degree required
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Licensure & Certifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- Board Certification (for NPs: ANCC, AANP, AACN, or PNCB)
- Current AHA (or equivalent) CPR certification
- DEA license (Schedule II and above)
- Furnishing Number required
Experience
- NP: 2+ years of NP experience or 4 years clinical RN
experience
- PA: Relevant clinical experience or completion of
internship
- Preferred: 1+ year in Occupational Health or an ambulatory
setting
