If you are someone who has heart, wants to spread joy and isready to rise to the occasion, we are looking for you to join our growing team!WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FORWe are seeking a Bakery Training Specialist to beresponsible for supporting the training and coaching of our Baker and CakerTrainees. This candidate will be responsible for the effective training of allBakers and Cakers, following Paris Baguette protocols and standardizedtrainings. Our ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission of bringingexpertly crafted baked goods to our guests by providing quality training to ourbaker and caker teams. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate training for new and existing bakers and cakersthrough Paris Baguette's structured training program, by familiarizing traineeswith all baking and caking processes and procedures.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the type of trainingand content needed by attendee, to deliver measurable results.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for both newly hiredand existing Bakers and Cakers after they complete training programs.
  • Create and ensure execution of training plans andinitiatives for existing Bakers and Cakers who need ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Café Production teams todetermine identify performance gaps in order to develop and execute thetraining needed to bridge those gaps.
  • Ensure that the methods and materials used for training areconsistent, on brand and aligned to overall company strategies, and executed ina cost-effective, fun and motivational way.
  • Make recommendations to Training and Development leadershipregarding opportunities to evolve training and ensure our programs have impact.
  • Collate and report on training metrics that regularlymeasure the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Understand and adhere to training budgets. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
    • Culinary or Training Degree required.
    • 3-5 years bakery industry experience.
    • 2-4 years of training and development experience.
    • Ability to facilitate effectively.
    • Passion for people! Dynamic and engaged trainer who has apassion for empowering, inspiring, motivating & developing team members.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with theability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced,ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment.
