Retail AssociateStart Date: ASAP (Pending clearance of compliance processes)Pay Range: $19/hr Contract Length: 6 months Contract-to-HireWorksite Location: Westfield Valley Fair Mall, Santa Clara, California 95050Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours, 5 days) within the below range --- Training schedule: 9:30am-6pm. --- Regular schedule shifts available: 9:30am-6pm or 1pm-9:30pm o Saturday late shifts would be 12pm-8:30pm due to the mall closing early Job Description: --- To serve as a brand ambassador for CASETiFY to provide an excellent customer experience by engaging everyone they assist using interpersonal skills --- Confidently provide the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales --- Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions --- Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers to share top-quality products and speaking authentically about CASETiFY brand --- Assist in customers' needs to provide customized products, effective purchase experience, return solutions, and support --- Answer customer questions about products, availability and product functionality and features --- Clear communication with other staff members, manager, support staff, and peers as needed --- Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality --- Use in-store technology and software as needed to support store operations in order to provide a positive customer experience --- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations Company Info: CASETiFY is a Hong Kong-based company that designs and produces phone cases and electronic accessories.
