Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate II.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to inbound phone calls for customer
assistance
Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
Act as liaison between claims department and providers
Required Qualifications:
High school degree required
2-3 years' experience in Healthcare claims operations or Call
Center environment
Maintain a full comprehensive understanding of the covered plan
benefits
Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and
Excel
