Job Description Hertz, an industry leader is seeking high-charged, high-energy, team driven individuals to work as Rideshare Driver you will have the opportunity to drive Hertz cars while getting paid! /n /n Wage: $18.67/hour tips /n Hertz vehicle provided during shift /n Shift Options: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm | 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm | Monday -Friday (must be available to work the entire shift you select) /n Valid driver's license required /n Minimum Age to drive: 25 /n /n “Get a Car & Start Driving for Rideshare- No Cost to you! /n Want to drive for a Rideshare but don’t have a car or you do not want to put the wear and tear on your own vehicle? /n We will provide a car to you at no cost to you (during your scheduled shift)! /n /n - No rental fees /n - Insurance & Maintenance covered /n - Fuel provided /n /n /n Requirements: /n /n - CA Valid driver's license required /n - Minimum Age to drive: 25 /n - Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights weekends and holidays /n - Working under pressure /n - Driving in rush hour traffic /n - Driving in adverse weather conditions /n - Taking responsibility for the safety of the passengers /n - Good driving skills and good sense of direction /n /n /n Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to: /n /n - Personal Accounts will not be used to participate in the Rideshare program /n - Safely transport passengers from one location to another in accordance with Service Club training and customer service policies and procedures. /n - Provide a pleasant experience for passengers, respond to their requests, and adapt to their preferences. /n - Assist passengers with loading and unloading the vehicle. /n - Ensure vehicle is clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety guidelines. /n - Use GPS and maps to find the best route to the destination. /n - Use the Rideshare phone application to accept ride requests and communicate with passengers and always remain online on the Rideshare Application during your shift. /n - Follow all applicable traffic laws, comply with all Rideshare and Hertz terms and conditions and code of conduct. /n - Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets. /n - Install the Netradyne dash cam device at the start of shift, always keep dash cam device on during the shift, and remove the dash cam device at end of shift. /n - Meet or exceed the minimum rides per hour. Rides cannot be cancelled once accepted. /n - Sign up for rideshare shifts in accordance with your designation and hour limits.
