Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Front office administrative tasks include mail distribution, phone call screening, filing, copying and scanning, office supply management, and basic admin/clerical functions
• Assist Regional Director and Recruiters, may perform special projects as assigned by Regional Director
• Managing the new hire process, interview scheduling and offer generation
• Assist with database entries and management using our applicant tracking system
• Manage Payroll for about 100 employees weekly
• Supports Regional Director and Recruiters through a variety of tasks related to managing the candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
• Provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, team members and hiring managers as it relates to the logistics, timing & legal requirements throughout the candidate and hiring manager experience--
  Requirements:

  • Multitasking: able to manage many aspects of the account simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills: both in written and formal presentations.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines
  • Effective group interpersonal skills.
  • Effective project and cost management skills in keeping projects on schedule and budget and assuring all relevant parties are informed on progress or issues.
  • Customer interface skills and ability to work with all levels of customer operations and management.
  • History of working in a matrix management environment with success in motivating people without direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to learn and grasp technical concepts
  • Demonstrated skills in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,--Project, and Outlook software
  • We are looking for an individual interested in beginning or progressing their career in the areas of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Sales.
  • BS or equivalent in engineering, computer science, business, or related fields or relevant work experience.
  • Staffing Industry experience preferred
