The Opportunity Talent Acquisition [TA] is a global team and are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring for the entire organization. Within the TA function, University Recruiting [UR] team is a sub-group that focuses on all university recruiting efforts for Marvell. UR team oversees Internship and Early Career recruiting at Marvell. The University Recruiter will report to the University Program Manager and will be responsible for executing against the university strategy at Marvell. The right person will be comfortable in and can thrive working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-driven individual willing to help continue to build & scale intern/entry level hiring for Marvell Americas region. In addition to Intern/Early Career recruiting, this candidate will also be supporting various intern program activities including (but not limited to) schedule summer events and activities associated with planning, recruiting and other program needs. Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: * Manage the candidate pipeline and communication both internal & external. * Manage Intern/Early Career recruiting for various business units (technical & non-technical) * Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the hiring process. Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing candidates through interviews, feedback, & selection process;, partnering with hiring managers; working with HBCUs [Historically Black Colleges & Universities] & HSI [Hispanic Serving Institutions] schools, preparing compensation analysis, engaging immigration and our export compliance partners when necessary, to close of candidate. * Planning and coordinating campus events, networking nights, and career fairs. * Engage, build, and maintain relationships and branding events at targeted schools, organizations, and academic conferences, coordinating event logistics and traveling when needed Requirements: Basic Requirements: * 2-3 years of technical full-cycle recruiting experience in high volume and high hiring bar environment in an agency, corporate, or start-up setting * Solid knowledge of on-campus hiring practices and/or experience in University recruiting space * Able to travel up to 20-30% including site and campus visits Preferred Requirements: * Experience managing University level requisitions (Internship and Full-Time) and new to career program preferred. * Technically savvy, experience with Workday or other ATS systems * Ability to learn our core technology and recruiting customers (students, university staff and faculty, campus teams, hiring managers, new hires, interns, and more). * Strong communication, networking & analytical skills * Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
