Job Description:

A company is looking for a German Advanced AI Data Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

Train the AI by generating ideal conversations and collecting sources
Evaluate the AI based on safety, accuracy, and benefit to humanity
Test the AI by actively trying to break it and improving recovery methods

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in German (C1 - C2)
Conversational to Advanced English proficiency (B1 - C1)
Deep interest in linguistics
Voracious reader with metacognitive awareness
Available in EST or PST time zones
