You'll support this effort by building a beautiful, scalable, first-in-class front-end pages/components for the web that empower our users by surfacing critical info.What you get to do in this role?-- Build highly loose coupled, web-based service, that can scale with complexity-- Evolve existing User Interfaces to increase interactivity, intuitiveness, performance and overall user delight.-- Work with a strong set of teams to improve developing and deploying applications and customizations-- Collaborate with UX designers and with front-end developers to ensure seamless flow and interactivity-- Apply new technology and innovation to improve functionality-- Deliver and outstanding experience for our customers-- Join the team to develop the new microservice oriented servicesHiring Manager Notes:What are the top "must have non-negotiable" skill sets that need to be present on a resume in order to be successful for this role?-- Required to be as AEM developer for 3-4 yearsSkills: In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:-- 5 years web development experience, with recent experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).-- Design and develop components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the Java, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, AEM Technologies (Granite, Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR, Jackrabbit, JSON), Javascript and DBMS (MySQL, NoSQL).-- Familiar with Git, Github and CI/CD (Jenkins) as development tools-- Create AEM template for Web Production to update business critical content to ServiceNow.com.-- Collaborate with technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobe's Experience Manager CMS to include site architecture, custom components, and workflow development.-- Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide work breakdown and estimates of work.-- Partner with and enforce standards with development vendors.-- Participate in functional specification, design and code reviews.-- Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.-- Extreme attention to detail.-- Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently, delivering quality work.-- Excellent communication skills required.Job Description #2:Job Title: Front End AEM DeveloperLocation: Santa Clara, CADuration: 6 monthsPosition OverviewIn this role, you get to -- Define UI frameworks and architecture for websites that follow industry best practices for development. -- Establish and evangelize web guidelines and standards that follow corporate brand guidelines. -- Collaborate closely with UX, Design, UI and web development teams. -- Rapidly prototype HTML from UX wireframes and UI designs. -- Build responsive web pages with HTML5, CSS, JS/jQuery for the customer facing corporate websites. -- Develop animation and interactive pages using latest front-end development technologies for enterprise-grade CMS solutions. -- Maintain and ensure customer facing sites are aligned with company brand and messaging to provide optimal user experience. -- Participate in peer code reviews.Hiring Manager NotesWhat are the top "must have non-negotiable" skill sets that need to be present on a resume in order to be successful for this role? -- Experience/familiarity with CRXDE console or AEM tools to create AEM template and sightly (HTL) style programming.Skills: What you will need for this role?-- 5-10 years user interface/front-end web development experience, with recent experience in building animated and interactive webpages.-- Ability to produce exact HTML prototypes from Sketch, Invision files.-- Ability to prototype for multiple breakpoints, responsive and adaptive design.-- Ability to build modular components from designs and create multiple HTML variations.-- Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JS, jQuery, media queries, nodeJS, AJAX, bootstrap framework. **React would be a plus**-- Experience using design and prototyping tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.-- Extreme attention to detail.-- Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently, delivering quality work.-- Excellent communication skills required.-- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager for UI development would be a plus-- Agency and prior UX experience a plus.
