About the Role

As a technical evangelist, you will have the opportunity to work with the core team of Apache Kylin, to promote open source technologies such as Apache Kylin as the core among the technical community and customers, and an enterprise-level big data analysis software based on the world's leading public cloud AWS, Azure, Google and big data platform Hadoop.

The ideal candidate has a background in software development or technical architecture and enjoys working with companies, developers, and architects in the technical community.

What You'll Be Doing at Kyligence

Regularly attend industry summits, online conferences, roadshows, meetups, etc. to promote Kyligence and Apache Kylin technologies

Prepare technically impactful presentations, product demonstrations, referential solutions to increase awareness and adoption of Kyligence within the industry.

Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional messages for technical audiences, team empowered content.

Create and maintain white papers, product demonstrations, and develop and promote emerging industry cases and solutions on emerging technologies and industry analysis related to Kyligence technology
Regularly communicate with industry analysts to demonstrate the company's technical leadership.

What We'd like to See from You

5+ years of relevant work experience in technical products, pre-sales, and marketing (PLG and SaaS preferred)

Relevant experience in big data, cloud computing and BI applications
Strong communication and collaboration with data scientists and software engineers

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent public speaking skills for technical personnel, with industry summit, Meetup, and salon speech experience, plus points.
Bonus points for those who have experience in open source community evangelism.
Bonus points for those who can speak in Mandarin.
