Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP CRM and C4C Technical
Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, your primary role would be to get to the
heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative
solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the
product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and
assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and
solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations,
POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates
which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with
organization's financial guidelines. You will develop a proposal by
owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in
solution design based on areas of expertise.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or foreign equivalent required from
an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education
- At least 7 years of experience with Information
Technology.
- Location for this position is Santa Clara (CA) or Austin
(TX).
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of work experience (certification is
preference) in SAP CRM on Premise (two end to end implementations)
and SAP C4C with at least one transformation program.
- SAP CRM
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in SAP CRM
- Must have hands-on experience in SAP CRM WebUI
developments
- Knowledge BOL and GENIL programming.
- Good knowledge of workflows, smart forms, adobe forms and other
techniques in ABAP including (WRICEF)
- Should be able to do middleware configuration and troubleshoot
issues
- Know parallel processing, parallel cursor concepts and program
optimization techniques
- Must be good in debugging
- Should know how to integrate web services using SOAP and REST
techniques in ABAP
- Know the upgrade process and must have worked in SPAU, SPDD and
WebUI upgrade
- SAP C4C
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in SAP C4C
- Experience in ABSL, BODL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud
Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex
solutions.
- Provide technical support / Level 2 troubleshooting and ability
to work on new enhancements.
- Must be able to write code/customize the standard SAP
application as needed.
- Experience in ABSL Scripting and Knowledge on Ruby
Scripting.
- Hands-on experience in generating standard Print Forms and
custom print Forms.
- Should have hands on experience with C4C services
Integration.
- Must have experience in building integration flows between SAP
C4C and other non-SAP systems while using web services. Experience
in Sales and Service Modules of SAP C4C
- Must be able to simulate web service requests using Soap UI or
similar tool, and provide feedback while developing or evaluating
the proposed approach
- Experience in Managed Services activities by provide ongoing
operational, maintenance, and enhancements to existing production
enabled customers
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined
with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work
delivery between onsite and offshore
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working
environment including offshore overlaps twice a dayThe job entails
sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of
time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, Skype or email or
face to face. Travel may be required in an ad hoc basis (depends on
the current situation) as per the job requirements.
