Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinates and oversees special facilities
projects and maintain the highest possible services levels and
standards. Responsible for the clean & safe operations of spaces
within facilities areas. Identify and conceptually scope safety,
compliance, capacity, redundancy. Prevent and coordinate clean up
excess materials regularly. Schedule and assist departments with
materials move preparation activities / logistics. Assist in the
development of project plans to optimize facilities utilization
while incorporating end-user requirements. Gather, organize,
analyzing data and present information in Excel & PowerPoint
format. Work with building occupants and facilities groups to
achieve clean space solutions that meet departmental requirements.
Responsible for the execution and analysis of multiple facilities
projects of moderate complexity. Follow and adhere to established
business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements
which result in increased service level performance and/or minimize
costs. Research causes to project obstacles and assist in
implementing solutions for resolution. Review and understand
internal metrics/KPIs and how daily tasks impact these metrics.
-Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial,
Chemical, etc)
- Will consider Associates with certifications/experience
- Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Excel using pivot tables,
charts/graphs, PowerPoint, MS Schedule/Gantt Chart and
Outlook.
- Project Management experience for facilities operationsDesired
Skills, Competencies & Experience
- Strong working experience as a project manager and facilities
operations manager in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D
laboratory facilities.
- Computer literate, excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Knowledge of facilities, warehouse receiving/shipping is a
plus.
- Able to communicates concepts and successfully negotiate with
others.
- Experience with 5S/6S implementation is a plus.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Excel using pivot tables,
charts/graphs, PowerPoint, MS Schedule/Gantt Chart and
