Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer for Atlas
Foundational Services in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture requirements and define scope of work for new software
components/features
Contribute to the design and implementation of robust software
components
Operate large-scale, distributed systems including root cause
analysis of defects
Required Qualifications:
BSc or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Theoretical background in Distributed Systems and/or Database
Management Systems
At least 2 years of practical experience in Software
Engineering
At least 1 year of experience contributing to the development and
operation of scalable, distributed production systems
Experience at mitigating and diagnosing customer-impacting
issues
