- As a Senior UX Developer and Collaboration Architect, you will

innovative.What We're Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of senior front-end development
experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related
field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue.js,
or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, state management
libraries (Redux, MobX), TypeScript, and modern front-end build
tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Hands-on experience with Python, Django or Flask, RESTful API
development, backend-frontend integration, and Python-based AI/ML
libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Soft Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Exceptional mentorship and coaching abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous
learning.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous mentorship experience.
- Published technical blog posts or open-source
contributions.
- Speaking experience at tech conferences.
- Experience with UX design principles and project
management.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)126,830 - 190,000, $ per
annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be
determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications,
work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range
for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional
