Employment Type: [Full-time Key Responsibilities Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.


Implement custom AEM solutions integrating with backend systems and third-party services.


Develop and maintain AEM-based websites, including content authoring, asset management, and site structure.


Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into fully functional AEM pages.


Optimize AEM solutions for performance, scalability, and SEO.


Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Target, Analytics) as needed.


Ensure AEM solutions follow best practices for security, coding standards, and maintainability.


Work closely with QA to troubleshoot and resolve defects.


Stay up to date with the latest AEM product updates, tools, and best practices.



Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).


3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x or higher.


Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, dialogs, sling models, OSGi, and JCR.


Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, HTL/Sightly, Sling, and Apache Felix.


Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular (nice to have).


Familiarity with RESTful services, API integrations, and headless AEM setups.


Experience with AEM workflows, DAM, and personalization.


Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins.


Understanding of cloud environments such as Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, or Azure (preferred).


Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Strong communication and teamwork abilities.



Nice to Have Adobe AEM Developer certification.


Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other marketing tools.


Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Experience with multilingual/multisite AEM implementations.
