Job Description: SAP CRM & ECC SME
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP CRM & ECC to lead, evaluate, and optimize current systems and enhancement initiatives aligned with future growth. The role involves involvement in the full system lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting SAP CRM & ECC applications in collaboration with other teams. The candidate should be proficient in all implementation phases, from Requirements Gathering and Analysis to GO-Live/Production implementation.

• Functional Understanding: Comprehend the functionality of Service contracts, service orders, service confirmation, installed base, service parts management, Business Partners, Products, returns, and repairs to leverage in SAP CRM & ECC. Prepare requirement specifications and develop prototypes for user feedback.
  
• Technical Documentation: Understand functional requirements and create technical design documents following organizational standards. Provide effort estimations with timelines.
  
• Development & Lifecycle: Develop applications of varying complexity adhering to SAP standards, participating in all project lifecycle stages including design, review, coding, testing, and support. Handle data exchange between SAP ECC and CRM using Middleware. Develop web UI applications, reports, forms, enhancements, and debug programs as needed.
  
• Testing & Support: Collaborate with QA and business resources for system and integration testing. Conduct unit testing, document outcomes, fix bugs, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implement modifications based on feedback.
  
• Client Interaction: Analyze client work requests, collaborate with business analysts, estimate maintenance efforts, prepare requirements, delegate tasks to offshore teams, and coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, along with relevant work experience.
